
Sunflower Seed Casserole
2 c sunflower seeds
2 c cashews
3/4 c water
1 cup mushrooms
5 c cooked brown rice
2 1/2 t vegetable broth
3 T soy sauce or amino acids
2 T Brewers yeast
1/8 t garlic powder
finely chopped onion to taste
salt to taste
Grind sunflower seeds until fine.
Blend cashews and water in blender until smooth.
Combine all ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Put in casserole dish.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F.
Leave cover on for first 45 minutes.
